Bizualize – AI Primer Session Agreement
1. Service Scope
The AI Primer is a one-off training session designed to demonstrate how AI assistants can be trained to reflect a business’s knowledge, tone, and processes. The session provides participants with: A guided introduction to AI training concepts and workflows. A practical demonstration using the client’s own examples. A simple AI assistant configuration created during the session, provided for demonstration purposes only.
2. Deliverables
The AI assistant provided at the end of the session is a sample tool intended solely to demonstrate training methods. It is not designed as a production-ready tool and should not be relied upon for business-critical tasks. No ongoing hosting, support, or maintenance is included.
3. Fees & Payment
The AI Primer Session is charged as a fixed fee as quoted in writing by Bizualize. Fees are payable in full prior to the scheduled session. All amounts are exclusive of GST, which will be added at 10% where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
The frameworks, methodologies, and training approach demonstrated remain the intellectual property of Bizualize. The sample AI assistant provided is for the client’s internal learning and demonstration only. The client is not permitted to resell, redistribute, or commercialise the sample assistant without Bizualize’s prior written consent.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. The client is solely responsible for verifying any outputs before using them. The AI Primer is intended as an educational session. Bizualize does not warrant that the sample assistant will be fit for ongoing business use. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizualize’s liability is limited to resupplying the session or refunding the amount paid, at Bizualize’s election.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for: Providing suitable examples or information during the session to enable a relevant demonstration. Ensuring no sensitive or confidential information is disclosed during the training exercise. Deciding whether and how to apply the knowledge gained in their own business context.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
